Fred - Days 5 & 6 & 7

Day Five
In the shower for good reason

(I cannot find a picture of this day.  Fred was in the shower clinging to the kid's pump soap and on the shower was written "Stepped in reindeer poop.  Ewwwww...."
Day Six
Sitting in a cabana on a beach

(I cannot find a picture of this day and I even had to reconstruct the cabana to take the stupid picture.  So frustrating.  Anyways... I built a beach cabana out of the kid's mega blocks and dumped our bag of sand from the outer beach underneath it.  I also dug out some beachy Barbie items (like chairs, thermos and beach towel) to set around him and left the note:

What a heat wave!

At 59 degrees, why do you wear a coat?

*hee, hee*

Guess I’m not at the North Pole anymore, am I?  Up there the average temperature is NEGATIVE 34 degrees.

It takes special people like us elves, reindeers and, of course, Santa to withstand that kind of bitter cold.

Even though 59 degrees feels like a day on the beach to me, you better listen to your parents and wear your coat!

Day Seven
Making it a White Christmas for us

It doesn’t feel very festive with all this warm weather.  I tried to bring snow from the North Pole back with me but it began melting somewhere over Michigan.  So I came up with the next best thing.  PAPER SNOWFLAKES!!  Tell your mom she may want to add coffee filters to her grocery list!

Patiently Waiting?

She's in her chair.  Her bib is on.  She's staring at her daddy, patiently waiting for him to serve her dinner....

Or maybe not...

I love when they fall asleep sitting up.  So darn cute.
